I offer three packages for you to chose from.  Starter, Sustain and Thrive

All sessions are designed to be flexible enough to work around your schedule.  Meaning we can meet at a time and location which is suitable for you.  Whether that be in a coffee shop or in the comfort of your own home.

Each package varies in level of depth – the Starter pack is intended for a quick check in with me, maybe you have already adopted some healthier changes and want the reassurance that you’re on the right track, or maybe you’re not seeing the results you expected?  The Sustain pack is designed for those who are looking to make changes to  nutrition and lifestyle habits, you may be unsure of where to start and need guidance and encouragement to make the change. The Thrive package is designed for longer term nutrition support and guidance, with further time dedicated to cooking and food preparation.

1 hour initial consultation

1 hour initial consultation
+ 90 min follow-up session
+ 1 cook-along session

Thrive

1 hour initial consultation
+ 210 min follow-up session
+ 3 cook-along sessions

Starter Pack: The one hour consultation will give us time to review your current eating habits and lifestyle. I’d like to know more about you and your motivations for seeking nutrition advice. From here I’ll recommend some simple swaps and areas where I can see an opportunity for nutrition improvements to be made.

The 30 minute follow up session will then give us time to review your progress. It’s also your time to ask any further questions you have around foods and nutrition.

Sustain & Thrive: The one-hour consultation will give us time to review your current eating habits and lifestyle.  I’d like to know more about you and your motivations for seeking nutrition advice.  We will work together to set some mid to long term goals.  Based on our conversation, I will write you a new food plan to follow.  The 30 minutes sessions will allow time for us to touch base on your progress and to talk through any areas that you’re struggling with.  I will give you motivation to stay on track.  

Alongside this, we will spend time in the kitchen together.  After all, 80% of most weight loss is accountable to the foods we eat.  We’ll make 2-3 recipes to help you get up and running with food prep and healthy recipes.

Never has the health and wellbeing of our younger generation been so important.  We are bombarded with advice on reducing sugar and calories in our diets but it’s not that easy!  I offer a service to get your entire family involved in improving their knowledge on food and nutrition. 

This covers learning about food labels and how to read them, what foods and ingredients to avoid and cooking tasty meals that the whole family will love.
